Hello everyone. First of all I would like to apologize that this is a few days late. I know we have all been learning to deal with a new ‘normal’ lately. I hope you are all safe and healthy. Please reach out of you are struggling with anything – shopping for groceries or medication. Veronica and myself (Tabitha) have both put out there that we are available to run errands. We are an email or phone call away.
The club is still running and we are working through ways to do this remotely for the time being. The committee will be meeting virtually on Wednesday night to get together a more concrete plan. We will get this out to you once we have ironed out some more details.
Dates for April so far:
Extra competition for C grade – entries should have submitted by now – will have to check up on this with the committee on Wednesday as to whether this has been extended and when judging will be
Tuesday 21 April – Judging of Landscape – results will be published to the website
Wednesday 22 April – Natural history closes
From club rules: 4.7 Natural History Suitable subjects are untamed animals, insects or uncultivated plants in their natural habitat; natural phenomena; geology, etc. All adjustments must appear natural. There should be no evidence of the “hand of man”. Editing must be to present the image as you saw it. Greyscale or colour are acceptable. Correct identification of the subject with use of scientific and/or common name is recommended. BASIC EDITING ONLY
